High pressure is not — it strips granules and voids most shingle warranties. That’s why we never use it on roofs. Our soft wash cleans at under 100 PSI, which every major shingle maker approves.
Most roofs stay streak-free for 2–4 years after a soft wash with inhibitor. Shaded, north-facing slopes may need a touch-up sooner — covered free within the first year.
Only when we must, with proper fall protection and soft-soled shoes. Most treatments are applied from ladders and the ridge line, keeping foot traffic — and risk — to a minimum.
